Network Engineer-Support Internship

An IT Software Services company provides Hybrid Cloud Management services working with start-ups and mid-sized enterprise clients.  We manage a diverse range of IT infrastructure for our clients and our own cloud platform. Our mission is to delight our clients with proactive technical operations support.

We provides an ideal opportunity for individuals passionate about hands-on technology infrastructure management and looking to expand their technical expertise. We are looking for Netwrok Engineer - Support Interns.

• Hands-on installation and support of Data Center & Client infrastructure
• Work with end customers to resolve problems
• Knowledge of Network & Systems Design to help in improved performance, reliability, and security.
• Assist your mentor to ensure smooth operations by implementing & maintaining SOPs including monitoring.
• Collaborate with NoC team and other team members.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Working under close supervision.
• Use verbal and written communication skills to convey basic, routine information about day-to-day activities to others who are fully knowledgeable in the subject area.
• Complete tasks that require multiple steps that must be performed in a specific order, using directions or manuals that accurately document the steps necessary to perform the tasks.
• Use deductive problem solving required to solve moderately complex problems; most problems have defined processes of diagnosis/detection; some limited data analysis may be required.
• Exercise some creativity may be required to troubleshoot technical problems or deal with novel circumstances.
